Rules & Regulations for Cottage Rentals
Check-In Time: 4:00PM
Time must be reserved for the owners or
repairmen to have access to take care of minor repairs when needed
so please plan to arrive after 4:00pm. No pets allowed.
Check-Out Time:
10:00AM
Please check out by 10:00am so that the cottage can be cleaned
and prepared for the next guests. Before you leave, please do the
following:

Wash
and put away all dishes
-
Empty
all trash cans into large outside containers
-
Remove your
bed linens and make up all beds with the bed spreads provided.

Remove
all food from the refrigerator and cabinets
-
Check
all closets, drawers and under beds for personal belongings
-
Check
to make sure you have not packed any cottage dishes or containers
with your belongings
-
Lock
all windows and exterior doors
-
Set
thermostats to 75 degrees in the summer and 55 degrees in the winter
-
Please do not use grills on
the deck.

Please smoke outside only.

All cottages are privately owned
 Anchor
In
Located between the highways at the 9-1/2 mile post and convenient to all
activities on the Outer Banks, Anchor In Cottage provides you with
everything you need for a truly memorable vacation or long weekend away. Its 5
bedrooms and 4 baths assure comfortable accommodations for up to 15 guests.
Anchor In is completely furnished with all amenities including AC, full size
washer/dryer, cable TV/VCR/DVD, and much more. A ground floor game room with a
foosball table, TV/DVD, fridge, sink and microwave makes a perfect hideaway for
the kids. An in-ground swimming pool and hot tub make Anchor In the
perfect choice for your next vacation. Sleeping arrangements are 4 queen beds,
1 double/single bunk bed and 3 queen sleep sofas. For extra large groups, we
have three cottages adjacent to one another (39 person total capacity). Beach
access is a 5-minute walk across the Beach Road.

cable TV/VCR, and carpeting throughout. Sleeping arrangements are 2 queen beds,
2 double beds, 1 double/single bunk bed and a queen sleep sofa. For extra large
groups, we have 3 cottages adjacent to one another (39 person total capacity).

double/single bunk bed and a queen sleep sofa. For extra large groups, we have
3 cottages adjacent to one another (39 person total capacity). Beach access is
a 5 minute walk across the Beach Road.
